You will be using resistance bands, a 6kg kettlebell and 3kg dumbbells, but don’t worry If you don’t have the equipment! You can use easy home swaps such as a pair of cans and a rucksack loaded with some books. You will be learning “the big 5”, which are compound lifts that work multiple muscle groups, performing isolation work (using single muscle groups), and bodyweight only exercises. Please note that currently these courses are only available to access live – recordings of individual sessions will not be available.
