Life can be tiring on the best of days, let alone if we are navigating the complexity of pain. Chronic pain can make life very tiring on a day-to-day basis and as a result create feelings which can include anxiety and depression. There are many symptoms of chronic pain which can include fatigue, joint pain, anxiety and stress. 

Join Salarah for a powerful Tapping For Pain Management course where we use Emotional Freedom Technique to gently tap the various acupressure points.  These points have been proven to reduce stress and pain in the body up to 40%.
