Click to close video modal Close About Yoga for the Joints Each week, you’ll focus on a specific joint and go through stretches to help create space in the joint; releasing tension and tightness, to allow blood to flow through the joints. Class will begin with some mindfulness, to calm your body and mind, we’ll go through breathing exercises to help you to feel relaxed and release tensions you might be holding onto. Expect to leave feeling relaxed, yet energised, refreshed and restored! Jessie’s mother and grandmother have rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and therefore she understands and takes a vested interest into how yoga can help those living with RA. Jessie’s classes take a mindful approach whereby you will take the time to tune into yourselves to get out of your chattering minds and into your bodies. She is incredibly passionate to share the transformative ways in which yoga can support you in your daily life!
