Decide on drinks: Will you be offering tea, coffee and soft drinks or are you thinking about providing Pimm’s or a glass of wine? If you’re considering offering alcohol, you may need to pay for a TENs licence more than 10 days before the event for £21. Decide how to collect Donations: Use our Collection Cartons to collect cash donations and boost donations with our Gift Aid Collection Form. Set up a JustGiving page so you can share a QR code with visitors to easily collect donations online. Full instructions are below. Extra hands: Ensure you have enough help on the day of the Bake Sale and have some bags for people to take away their purchases. Get baking: Encourage everyone to bake and donate cakes and cookies to sell on the day. Take a look at our well-loved NRAS recipes for inspiration. There are different ways you can pay in the funds you have raised from your Every Cuppa Counts fundraising activities. Set up a JustGiving page to easily collect donations online.
