This year we are focusing on Mental and Physical Wellbeing for people living with RA. There are a wide variety of sessions you can join, from Chair Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation, Nutritional Therapy & RA, Tai Chi, and lots more. Our experts have created sessions made specifically for you, to help you on your Wellbeing journey.
