The practice of Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Our host for the Tai Chi Wellbeing course, Morag McDade, gained her certification in 2013, to teach a comprehensive set of Tai Chi Health programmes, which safely address specific health issues while being safe, accessible and enjoyable for all. Morag became a Senior Trainer for The Tai Chi for Health Institute in 2015.   

This course runs from 11 June – 9 July.
