Bolton NRAS Group Meeting

If you live in or around the Bolton area, why not attend our groups meeting. Our meetings are a great opportunity for adults living with inflammatory arthritis in the local area to meet and share experiences.  Family and friends are also welcome to join.

Join us for our meeting on Tuesday 1st April, where we will be joined by a guest speaker talking to us about Stress Management.  We will be learning what triggers, relievers, and resolutions we can do to reduce our stress, which in turn reduces pain levels

We meet at Trinity Church, Market St, Farnworth, BL4 8SX from 12.30-2.30pm.
