Our NRAS JoinTogether – Exercise and Back to Sport Group meets online and provides adults with an opportunity to exchange experiences, information and hints and tips.  The group is run by Katy who has RA and is active again in the sports she enjoys and is passionate about not letting inflammatory arthritis impact her desire to continue to enjoy sport and exercise and want to inspire others to do the same.

So, if you would like to get more active in sports like running and cycling or maybe you are someone who just wants to get more active to improve health and wellbeing in activities such as Pilates, dancing or getting back regularly to the gym. Come along to our meeting to talk to other like-minded people and gain encouragement.
