Gill has a background in executive coaching and leadership development and as a trained dancer, has always enjoyed physical activities and exercise including walking, pilates, yoga and gym. She has experienced having to curtail and adapt physical activities due to RA but has found the benefits of continuing with adapted exercise when symptoms flare as well as enjoying the social and supportive side of classes.If you’re interested in exploring the benefits of movement and exercise while living with IA, and would like to connect with like-minded individuals, join us for a friendly, informal meeting!
