The Dumfries & Galloway NRAS Group meet monthly on the first Thursday of the month, except January, July & August, between 2pm and 4pm at The Foodtrain Offices, 118 English Street, Dumfries, DG1 2DE.

It is a great opportunity to meet and share experiences with other adults living with RA and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend, everyone is welcome!

Our November meeting is Thursday 7th at 2pm.
