I aim to build on these strong foundations to increase reach, enhance our services, and be a strong voice for our beneficiaries so we can improve further the lives of people living with these complex auto-immune conditions’. Peter also acknowledged the need for organisations and healthcare professionals working within the sector to work collaboratively to achieve better outcomes. He said, ‘I have already been so encouraged to see many examples of how effectively the rheumatology healthcare community, patient organisations and industry work together.
