NRAS Live: FAQs with the NRAS Helpline

This NRAS Live was originally filmed on Wednesday 31st May 2023. In this session we sat down with our wonderful helpline team and discussed some frequently asked questions that typically come up on calls.

Hosted by Sarah Watford, who many of you may already have spoke to via our helpline! Sarah has a wealth of knowledge surrounding RA and is our Support Services Manager. She was joined by Rosie and Amy (and very briefly by Debbie!) who also shared their experiences running the helpline, taking part in a Q&A with the community and much, much more!
