Resource Mana Medical Beta Study Mana Medical is a UK-based digital health company developing a smartphone app designed to help people living with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis better understand their health patterns. Print NRAS are supporting with the recruitment of people living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) to take part in an 8-week research study to test our Beta version. This study will help us improve the app and explore how technology could be used to support people with RA. Join the study By joining the study and allowing the Mana app to access your wearable device data (e.g., step count, heart rate) and inputting around 30 seconds of symptom information each day, you will receive: A daily personalised “body battery” score – this score is intended to give you an indication of your daily energy levels, like a gauge of “how much you have in the tank.” You can check it throughout the day to help you understand your activity and rest patterns (see our prototype here) Two personalised health insight reports – these reports combine your symptom inputs, wearable data, and medication patterns into a clear, easy-to-read monthly report (see example here). Who can take part? Adults (18+) living with rheumatoid arthritis or inflammatory arthritis Both new participants and those who joined our Beta 1.0 study are welcome Own an iPhone.
