Maidenhead NRAS Group will be holding their next group meeting on 9th November from 7pm until 8.45pm. It will take place at the Jubilee Community Church, 41 Marlow Road, Maidenhead, SL6 7AQ

The theme this month will be Food that calms Inflammation and we’ll be joined by Gemma Westfold from Wild Apple Nutrition Ltd. Gemma is a nutritional therapist with extensive experience in anti-inflammatory nutrition. She also writes for NRAS — you might have spotted her article in the autumn issue. 

Jubilee Community Church is about 10 minutes walk from Maidenhead train station. There is free parking available on site but this is limited. There is also additional parking available at the community centre across the road (parking charges apply- free for blue badge holders)

Our meetings are a great opportunity to meet and share experiences with other adults living with RA and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend, everyone is welcome! Tea/coffee and snacks will be provided.
