Dealing with a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) can be scary and confusing. We have designed this booklet to help those who have been diagnosed within the last couple of years, and who want to learn more about the condition.

• Our hard copy booklets or merchandise items are not available for shipping outside of the UK due to variable shipping costs. However, you can download all our publication booklets from anywhere in the world.
• All items are sent on a free standard Royal Mail delivery.
