Helen Ball

Helen is a Chartered Accountant who served as NRAS’s Finance Director for over seven years before retiring and taking up her position as Treasurer Trustee in 2026. Her experience encompasses financial reporting and risk management, HR, IT and facilities management. She previously worked in senior positions in the commercial sector for over twenty years. Helen is committed to empowering people and worked as a volunteer adviser at Citizens Advice for a number of years. Helen also serves as a Trustee at National Voices, the leading coalition of health and social care charities in England, and at EDS Support UK, a charity supporting those living with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
