The North East volunteer group for NRAS will be holding their next meeting on Thursday 8th October at 5.30pm. This will be held in Training Room 3, Education Centre, Level 1, Freeman Hospital, High Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE7 7DN.

Join us for a talk on “Stress; How to live with it” by Dr Ian Barrett, Consultant Psychiatrist and Ellie Jackson, Assistant Psychologist, Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS FT.

Please note: If you are travelling by car you are allowed to park on levels 0, 1 and 2 in the multi-storey car park between 17.00 and 20.30 whilst attending the NRAS Meeting. Ask for an exit pass in the meeting.
