Maidenhead NRAS Group will be holding their next group meeting on 12th October from 7pm until 8.45pm. It will take place at the Jubilee Community Church, 41 Marlow Road, Maidenhead, SL6 7AQ

We’re pleased to share that two guest speakers will be joining our upcoming session “Living with RA:Understanding Mental Health and The Power of Therapy”

Dalia from No 22, a counsellor who will talk about the benefits of therapy and the support No 22 provides to individuals navigating emotional or mental health challenges.
Ansa from Friends in Need (part of the Mind charity), who will speak about the mental health challenges people often face when living with long‑term conditions, along with the activities, peer support, and various sessions available locally.

Their contributions will offer valuable insight into the support networks available in our area, and we’re delighted to have them join us.

Jubilee Community Church is about 10 minutes walk from Maidenhead train station. There is free parking available on site but this is limited. There is also additional parking available at the community centre across the road (parking charges apply- free for blue badge holders)

Our meetings are a great opportunity to meet and share experiences with other adults living with RA and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend, everyone is welcome! Tea/coffee and snacks will be provided.
