Meetings are held bi-monthly with speakers on subjects relating to RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS. The Group are fortunate to have the support of the RA Team at Frimley Park Hospital, and as speakers. New contacts are always welcome at their meetings. The next meeting will be 28th May, at 7.00 pm, at St Francis Church Hall, 121 Upper Chobham Road, Frimley, GU15 1EE. Alasdair Gray will be the guest speaker and he will be talking about “How you can use nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to prevent flares and manage your arthritis.” Parking is available and all on one level.
