Meet the Group Leader

My name is Inga, and I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2015. RA changed my life in many ways, but it also showed me how essential community becomes when living with a long‑term condition.

My journey with RA led me to NRAS, and eventually to the opportunity to run the group in Maidenhead. I’m very excited to see this group grow. Our aim is simple:

to help people with RA connect, build friendships,
share experiences and feel supported.
