Rachel Ulyett Rachel is a senior transformation leader with over 16 years’ experience delivering large-scale, business-critical change across complex organisations, including regulated environments. She brings strong expertise in strategy, governance, portfolio oversight, and working with senior executives and boards to translate vision into sustainable outcomes. Earlier in her career, Rachel worked extensively in health and social care settings, giving her a grounded understanding of the challenges faced by services and the people who rely on them. Rachel was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 32, while raising two young children and having recently relocated. Following a prolonged period of disability, she has been in remission for over ten years. This lived experience gives her a deep understanding of the challenges RA can present for individuals and families, particularly during demanding life stages. She is committed to promoting the role of holistic health, including exercise and nutrition, in supporting long-term wellbeing, and is dedicated to using both her professional skills and personal insight to support the charity’s mission.
